In late July 2018, I booked a cycling holiday to the French Alps with a few club mates from the Maryland Wheelers for July 2019. I've had Alp d'Huez on my bucket list for 10 years. My plan is to get training early with the key to this year being consistency. I will also give a run down on Zwift and turbo trainers.

A new year means some renovation work to the shop. This years plan was to refit the workshop. We started on Tuesday the 16-Jan-18 with clearing out the workshop and removing all the clutter from the old layout....

This week saw myself (Gavin) and number of dealers from Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland heading over to the Raleigh UK head quarters in Nottingham for the launch event for the 2019 Raleigh electric bike range.

Sunday 8th April 2018 seen us at the SMCC charity sportive. At the event we were asked to do mechanic support. The Charities for this year’s event are Tourette’s Alliance and Lisburn2gether Special Olympics.
